The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your request form.

The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.

The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.

The payment currency is in USD through paypal.

Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept your commission and asks for the payment.

Commissioned graphics should be paid in full after the artist confirms the sketch.

*Payment plans can be discussed.

Pre-commission: The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time will be activated.

During Commission: The artist will try to give as frequent updates as soon as possible -- she will work on commissions on her days off from school + work.

Post-commission/ Delivery: Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or google drive link as a high-resolution png file attachment.

The commissioner is entitled to 5 major revisions & 10 minor revisions during the whole commission process.

Major revisions must be done during the sketch phase.

Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.

There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.

Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.

Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.

Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.

For every commissioned artwork, the artist: retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).

For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to: Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

Use the graphics to promote themselves.

Use the graphics on their Youtube/Twitch channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied: Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.

Refund: Only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if I have already begun working on the commission.

Cancellation: The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.

The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.

Once completed with a commission, the artist will send a Referral Program Card to the client - in which the client can refer friends so that both parties will receive 10% off on their next commission!

Note that the discounts do not stack!

Only cards with the name of past clients will be accepted!
